Was a local rarity
For years we hardly ever saw a Canada Goose in this area, but in the last 3-4 years their numbers have increased dramatically.

There was a small flock of them at Loch of the Lowes in June, here's just a couple of them

A lovely shot Delia. They’re handsome birds, and the picture has an impressionist feel (I was wondering what the gulls at the far side were, but zooming in reveals White Water Lilies Nymphaea alba). Excellent work.

Marvelous low camera view of this handsome couple showing nicely with the beautiful white water lilies in the background. Outstanding D! TFS!
