Can someone please confirm this to be an Eastern Wood-Pewee? Taken in Port Credit Ontario in May.

...dusky centres to the undertail coverts also help rule out Empids.
I should add that this trait should be used with some caution as sometimes when feathers are a bit out of place the grey/dusky base of the feathers (which all body feathers aka "contour feathers" have) can be exposed. In these photos though you can see that the feathers are lying in place and that it is only the fringe of the feathers that is white.
