    I'll second Jan. Just remember that breeding Hartlaub's gulls also show a pale grey hood, but have dark eyes.

    Masai Mara Hirundine - ID Confirmation Needed

    This is an odd bird. The head pattern fits semirufa, while the white (although not as white as it should be) throat and the white 'leggings' suggest senegalensis.
