Advice to see the wallcreeper (1 Viewer)

I live in Romania and have wanted to see a wallcreeper forever. Is there any place I can go at a specific time of the year to have almost certain chances of seeing one? extra points if its close and at eye level so I can photograph it too, but if not its ok.

I know one apparently reliable place, but it's in Georgia There is also one often wintering in thr Czech Republic. Finding them in the mountains is generally super hard, so yeah, local info is invaluable.
