Conquest HD vs HDX - differences? (1 Viewer)

If you could elaborate a little on your thoughts about the CHDX it would be appreciated. I'm considering the CHDX 8x32 and the Kowa Genesis 8x33. Cheers from across the pond!

I have the CHD 10x42 and Kowa Genesis 10.5x44. The Genesis is noticeably better in my opinion. If were deciding between the CHD/CHDX 8x32 or Genesis 8x33, I'd go with the Genesis. However, you'd likely be very happy with the CHD or CHDX as well.

I believe there is a thread comparing the Genesis 8x33 and CHD 8x32. I'll see if I can find it and link it for you.

I appreciate you sharing your experience with the CHD and Genesis binoculars, as well as providing the link for the thread comparing the two. I was impressed with the Genesis 8x33 when I tried them at the event where Kowa had them on display, but I only briefly looked through the CHDX 8x32's. I should have compared them side to side. Does zeiss explicitly say hdx have an optics upgrade that is more than field flatteners or is it the same glass from before?
