Is this a female Scaup? (1 Viewer)

Hello everyone,

I was studying the Portbury Ashlands reserve when this female and her young caught my eye.
They were quite far away but im sure it was a Female Scaup?

Can someone confirm for me please.

Sorry it's not the best shot but it was as close as i could get.

I thought tufted aswell, but wasn't sure as she had pale face patches?

Some female Tufted Ducks can look like female Scaups.
