Swarovski "cheap"? (2 Viewers)

Don't have the money for these, but if they're kosher (and can't see why they shouldn't be) then a good buy for someone...

Cheers,

A good buy, but be careful, it's not the ATS65HD model, it's the non-HD version. Put an ad in the "wanted" section, I bet there are Swaro HD, Zeiss TFL and Nikon ED scopes knocking about in people's broom-cupboards that they'd like to trade for hard cash.

I telephoned the 0800 number to enquire about the Swarovski Binos and if I wanted to place an order out of hours and over the phone, I was to leave name and address and credit card details on the answer phone. Not the way I would choose to purchase goods over the internet.

This is a genuine Swarovski retailer that I deal with in my role with Opticron. My guess is that they have decided to no longer stock Swarovski.

Hi everyone,

I am part of the marketing team at CJs and thought I'd answer some of the questions you've had.

The reason for the recent sale on Swarovski lines, which has been extremely popular, has been to clear some room ready for the new Swarovski Compact Binoculars and also room to bring in more Opticron lines for the new season.

We do still have a few lines left in our sale including a pair of Swarovski SLC Binoculars. http://www.birdfood.co.uk/products.php?area_id=2&nav_id=212

The new Swarovski Compact Binoculars are available to pre-order now, with delivery expect mid-August.

If you are interested in more information on these or any of our optics range, please visit the website http://www.birdfood.co.uk/products.php?area_id=2&nav_id=218

Regarding the answer phone service, it is possible to place an order and pay for this through our secure website or by contacting our call centre staff during our opening hours (0800 731 2820). The answer phone service is in addition to the web site and call centre as we do have a number of customers that do not to use the web but perhaps also prefer to place orders outside of office hours.

If I can be of any more help please let me know.

Wonder how long it will be before someone snaps up that Swaro 2x Booster for £144, a genuine bargain if your in the market for one, got rid of mine, never used it much...B :)

Hi Lisa,

By "new Swarovski Compact Binoculars" do you mean the CL Companions or is Swaro bringing out a new line of under 30mm compact binoculars?

Do you know if Swaro is still making the 7x50 and 8x50 SLCs?

They are not listed on SONA's SLC Webpage:

http://www.swarovskioptik.us/en_us/products/binoculars-slc

Thanks.

Brock
