Crummy record shot of today's long range Pintail. Lovely male:t::t:A pair of Pintail at the Moors Pool as per Bob Oakley and a Little Owl at the Flashes as per JTB are both new for the year.

MOORS POOL
No sign of Pintail, 10 (possibly 14) Gadwall, 8 Pochard, 45 Shoveler, 54 Teal, 5 Shelduck, 12 Snipe, 1 (possibly 2) Little Egret, 2 singing Song Thrush.
FLASHES
400 Lapwing, pair of Raven, Skylark, Meadow Pipit over, Linnet, Skylark, Cetti's Warbler.
Had a nice sunny visit on Saturday. Highlight was a Red Kite flying over the Flashes car park. A first for me at UW.
