Well, I did say "not bargains". Actually, someone else has a 10x32 FL listed for $250 more! Zeiss really shouldn't have stopped making these.

That 10X32 is brand new so reflected by the retail price, been there forever - over a year. If someone wants a FL in 8X32 at a decent price, there is late serial # on Astromart for $1,350.

A pretty dang good deal here. Nikon has "refurbished" 42 Monarch HGs in stock. I bought the 8X30 of these and it arrived looking very much NIB. These are a pretty good bargain at $699 for 10X42s and $685 for 8X42s.

I just got these 8x42s and they appear to be new in box for sure. I can't find any signs of wear at all and the accessories were new and sealed. MIJ.
