Pottering around the rocks
Down the slope from the thrush, I get to look across the river, at a patch where I've always seen Dippers, but not today.

Over there was a Carrion Crow meandering around looking for bits in the crevices.

I've hardly had to crop this picture, the Nikon camera has such a good zoom on it. Previously with my old camera it would have required quite a severe crop.
