Your Most Recent "Life" Bird (3 Viewers)

A Hawfinch, Melodious warblers and Honey buzzards seen on a four day trip to my grandparents house in France. Also I also had the pleasure of watching a bunch of nesting birds such as a pair of common redstarts that nested in the roof.

The Black Wing Stilts at RSPB Frampton Marsh. Plus four or five birds I'd probably seen but didn't have a specific date & place written on my life-list. And a pair of cranes; first for the UK although I had seen one in Finland many years ago.

I picked up five lifers on a recent two day trip around eastern Kansas, USA. (I'm based in central Kansas). This also took my state list up to 312 out of the 460+ total for the state. So respectable but not super high.

#930: Eastern Whip-poor-will
#931: Henslow's Sparrow
#932: Acadian Flycatcher
#933: Yellow-bellied Flycatcher
#934: Alder Flycatcher
